We own our motor coaches, therefore we strive to keep them in tip-top condition and mechanically sound.  We retain our coaches for no more than 12 years.  Each vehicle is inspected by the driver through a process that is called a “pre-trip inspection”, which is a list of 38 items that a professional motor coach operator must perform on a daily basis and is mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.  We are able to remedy any minor challenges and malfunctions through this process on site.  We currently operate our own vehicle maintenance service truck equipped with an air compressor, tools, belts and minor parts and various fluids and oils, should we need to change a tire, air-up a bus, make adjustments or repairs quickly.  It is a great benefit that we will be operating the same brand equipment; therefore we will be prepared should there be any mechanical challenges.  We would need twenty-four hours to dispatch the mechanic and truck should you wish it to be stationed at the parking site with the motor coaches.

The vehicles are also tracked by mileage to perform general maintenance checks and servicing of fluid, brake, and other safety features including tire wear.

Annual and Periodic Vehicle Inspection Reports for each vehicle in our fleet consists of a thorough inspection of, but not limited to:  the brake system, steering system, windshields and windows, wipers, fuel system, suspension, frame, tires, wheels and rims, lighting devises, exhaust system, emergency exits and safe loading.  These are required and regulated by the Department of Transportation as well.
